The Clash of Economic Ideas
ABSTRACT
The study of the history of economic thought teaches us the ever important (and oft forgotten) lesson that ideas have consequences. The past one hundred years have seen an array of “experiments” in economic policy, varying widely in success and approbation. By examining these experiments in their relation to one another, we hope to better understand their effects on a society of free and responsible individuals.
