Freedom and Dynamism
ABSTRACT
This conference focused on a theory of economic, social, and political change that helped identify those values and institutions that provide the conditions for individual, social, and economic flourishing. As we identified those mechanisms for freedom, we also developed a view of the just society and of the formal and informal institutions most appropriate for material and immaterial prosperity.
